Who Are We?

Qüvera (pronounced Kyu-Vera) consists of your average husband and wife team working typical salaried jobs for years.

Here we were- juggling our day jobs and trying to 'be there' for our family. Our kids were growing up and we are tied behind an office desk trying to make our dreams of spending time with the family, of a comfortable retirement, and to leave a legacy to our kids come true. At times, trading in our time for money barely seemed worth it.

One day we took a deep breath, decided to learn everything we could about investing in real estate (and the financial freedom it could bring), and took the plunge. We teamed up with coaches and mentors to support our learning.

Our current pan-Canadian real-estate portfolio is spread across 45+ units. We also hold income earning private mortgage loans, and continue to invest in multi-family properties with our like-minded financial freedom seeking partners.

Now we can't stop; we won't stop!

The 'Why?'

Our 'why' is our family and the freedom of time, money and location- the ability to spend time with the family, travel extensively, and to build generational wealth for them. We want to involve other people in our journey as partners, where we can create wealth together and win-win opportunities.

It can truly be a scary first step for regular people like you and us to take the leap of faith into the real-estate investment world. And not everyone has the time or the desire to be a landlord, manage tenants, or deal with property issues.

But with the right strategy, guidance, and the right people in your corner, the sky is truly the limit. Our wealth gains from real estate investing is on its way to match income from both our careers combined!

Meet the Qüvera Team

Jasmine Bhathena

Co-Founder

Jasmine learned her first lessons on real estate investing at the knee of her father, who successfully used real estate investing to set up his retirement portfolio. After bouncing around many different countries, she embraced Canada as home.

Together with husband Harish, she invests in Canadian real estate and works closely with a team of experts who help you make profit while minimizing risk. She is the spreadsheet creator and number cruncher-in-chief for Qüvera.

Jasmine has a very collaborative working style and is always happy to talk and share her knowledge, experience, and network to get you started - whether you are a new or veteran investor.

Harish Changlani

Co-Founder

Harish has never met a stranger in his life. He brings his extensive people skills to Qüvera, which stem from owning his own businesses, his background in Human Resources, and innate ability to connect with people easily.

Harish is keenly interested in finance, foreign exchange, and real estate. He leads the private financing arm of Qüvera by ensuring the creation of long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with like-minded investors and borrowers.
